My Husband called just to get sample before his prescription came in. We switched health insurance so it took a minute for all this to go through. Call the office to see if he could get that sample the staff was rude then spoke with Colleen Rose. She was very rude to him she hung up on him. The staff up front told him he hadn't been there in 2 months so he didn't deserve a sample, that they had other patients that deserve the sample. He felt like he couldn't breathe and just needed his medication. No compassion was shown to him. They wanted him to come in for another office visit so they could charge our insurance. We had conflicting medications prescribed by both Dr sayel and Colleen Rose. When my husband was hung up by Colleen Rose he just felt like there was no compassion for somebody who is dealing with a medical issue it wasn't an emergency. But it could have turned into an emergency! And they just didn't seem to care.we will not return to this office.
Months ago, Colleen gave me a breathing test and ordered oxygen for nighttime. No one is doing a thing to get me this oxygen. The office mgr ignores my calls and has a rotten attitude. We need a pulmonologist for the bullhead city area. This doctor and staff are a sad example
I am very happy with the pulmonary care I receive at this office. Because they are so busy sometimes there is a long wait. I go early morning and do not have to wait. I am seeing Ms.Coleen Rose. She is a Nurse Practitioner and is very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ms.Rose to all.
I am so happy with the care my mother received here. We had an appointment with Colleen Rose. She was super helpful and answering all our questions along with helping ease our stress. My mom was such a ease after we had our appointment with her. We left there feeling hopeful.
Colleen Rose NP is one of the most conscientious and compassionate providers I have encountered. She is thorough and honest with her patients. She has always made me feel like I am her top priority when she sees me. I’m so grateful for her care!!!
