The ER and 2nd Floor staff were the best I had seen in many visits. I felt they cared and took care of me as a person. I am very grateful to them.
The staff and the Doctor are very nice and Professional, the Doctor did everything he could to help get to the reason why I have migraines and not just put me on more medication like the other four Neurologist I have been to and I really appreciate him for caring enough to do different tests to solve the problem instead of guessing. He gets an A+ from me. Merry Christmas everyone and Happy New Year !!!!!
Will not step foot in that hospital ever again! A lot of these so called good reviews are definitely made up.ER services is cool until you pay the clinic bills then receive ridiculous extra bills from their so called third party obscure physicians office and sent to collections so fast before you have time to dispute. Dont let me get started with the pretentious denials of how they came about such numbers from Advent health billing office staff. What about unsolicited scam calls suspected from Advent health trying to sell health insurance? Your data is unsafe with them.
Absolutely amazing how professional everyone was in all my numerous surgery appointments. Experience, knowledge, friendliness, compassion, and amazingly patiently understanding of my personal health and well-being. I came to feel like they care, and I had less anxiety by time of surgery. I will continue to tell everyone that there's no better eye care, than Frank's Eye Center and Advent Health, in Ottawa. Kansas!
This was my first visit to both the facilities and the Doctor I was seeing. I was more than pleasantly surprised on all counts! Facilities were beautiful and clean. The personnel were courteous, caring, and displayed a most sincere attitude towards my health issues! Doctor Sheikh greeted me warmly and displayed genuine concern when addressing my problems. He took time to ask questions and eliminated any doubts I had. I have great confidence in his care! All in all, a most positive visit.
