Upon turning into Health Park West, Gastroenterology, Colonoscopy first floor, I found the facility very easily. The signage was very clear to see Roadside. Inside the lobby, the waiting room was well appointed, with a television to watch during wait time. My wait time was zero. The seating is comfortable. The intake procedure was smooth and very private. When I was brought back to prepare, the nurse-Courtney RN was quick and personable, I was put immediately at ease. She started my IV, and I hardly felt a poke! Then, Dr. Muza-Moons came to speak with me, and we spoke about my concerns, too. She is efficient and very experienced, and I knew I was in the best of hands because Dr. Muza-Moons leader in her field. I would abs go only here for my medical needs.

Between the trauma physician and the palliative care physician, they did not follow our families end of life care plan for my mother. As someone who works in the medical field with physicians and nurses each day, I new the standard of care being provided for my mother was sub-par. We never heard from this care team nor the hospital again. This hospital carries the UofM Health brand, but is clearly not even close. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

On hold for 28 minutes and when someone did answer made it through five questions before the line went dead. Asking my major provider for a new location for a colonoscopy. 5 years past due and second attempt for an appointment in 2 years.
