I came in the beginning of December for my first mammogram, very nervous. This experience was like none other. From the time I walked in the door till I left, everyone was amazing. The particular ladies with me that day were Kari, Nancy and April. Each was very thorough and explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. Overall the Breast Center was top notch amazing!!!!!

Actively writing this as my wife and 2 year old have been there for over 5 hours now because my son has been having trouble breathing. 5 hours of waiting while my 2 year old is ACTIVELY having trouble breathing. Completely unacceptable. I should’ve read the reviews before sending them to this place. Do better.

Took my 78 year old mom and we sat in the lobby for the entire visit! She was taken for X-ray after several yours and brought back to the lobby. Few hours later she had blood drawn and then sent back to the lobby! Not once did she see a doctor, total disregarded! She seen a nurse for vitals a student PA asked her questions on what she was having pain for! I can understand why our country is in a health crisis, not to mention we had to pay $2.40 for a bottle of water, unbelievable!!

I was a patient at Cumberland MC for some time doing cardio rehab. They contacted me to tell me that the insurance approved 36 sessions which I’m started taking them. After 1/3 of the sessions where taken, I start receiving invoices, then I stopped going. I tried to contact the offices, then sent e-mails to the headquarters telling about the misinformation received from their staff. Never got a response, they didn’t care. Then I start receiving collection notices which I settle. Client always lose with this big ones… I won’t comeback here.

Came here for a mental health crisis and was screamed at by a nurse who was more worried about her license than my care. Back story, my best friend lost her life in a negative way and I lost it so to say. I came here to get some help and I was left on a gurney in the hallway with other mental health patients for hours and hours, begged for food and I had also expressed that I was okay to go home and they refused!!!!!!! Told me they were sending me to a state hospital 4 hours away. I then became upset because my fiance is the person who signed me in and was wanting to take me home and the nurse yelled at us and pointed her damn finger in my face telling me that if I didn't shut up that my fiance would be sent away. So since you took my voice away that night I'm gonna use it here... you had no business yelling at me or pointing your finger in my face in my time of need. I now have PHOBIAS about hospitals and not being able to leave because of what you did to me. You should be ashamed of yourself. I have contacted an attorney and he will be in touch. My voice matters too!
