I had a sleep study before and it went much more smoothly than this one ever did. It took 8 weeks for someone just to read the findings of the study. This is absolutely unacceptable. Maybe if you were not so worried about taking so many people in each night or had a proper amount of doctors working then you'd have the time to read the studies. Eight weeks (it was really 10 because I never received a message) is unacceptable in this country and you should make better efforts to work faster rather than act as if this is acceptable. Ridiculous. If I ever need another I'll drive to Cleveland first.
I was there last night and I had the best experience ever! Everyone was so nice and friendly I didn’t have an issue sleeping the jokes were too tier and I felt respected. Awad was my tech and he made sure I was comfortable and he explained everything so thoroughly. Julie was also really friendly! I forget the guys name that helped me take the wires off in the morning and I’m sorry but he was very helpful and nice! I got a nice cool cup of apple juice when I woke up and it was a very very pleasant experience! I hope they read this they were awesome!!
The staff were amazing! Competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. They actually turned what i thought would be a miserable night into a comfortable experience.
First let me say the staff is amazing, helpful and attentive. The bed was comfortable and cozy the reason for my review is the atmosphere there. The rooms are outdated and cold like sleeping in an igloo , I had to ask for another blanket the blankets are thin and they have no comforters with temperatures at 20F it should not feel that way inside. The area’s I noticed on my way out was warmer than the room I was in was. How is one is suppose to sleep during a sleep study when one is freezing? I tossed and turned all night to get warm. I had approximately 4-1/2 hours of sleep which I normally have, I think I felt better when I woke up but as soon as I got home I was still tired. The company really needs to move to another building or upgrade the building they are in also make it look more appealing and warmer for people that come there and are expected to sleep as if they were home. It’s bad when you feel like you are sleeping in an igloo. This was my second time there and it was nothing like the experience I had when I had one done years ago for the Cleveland Clinic. I pray I never have to have another sleep study done anytime soon.
First off, I was running late because of an accident on the freeway. I called to inform them that I was running late and they were really nice about it. Second, I have never had one of these done and I was nervous but Lynn and Zack made me feel so much better about it. They did everything in there power to make me feel as comfortable as I possibly could. We cracked jokes and talked while they hooked me all up. Plus, I gotta give a shout out to Dave. He was so nice on the phone and was so great that he got me in sooner rather than later. Plus he answered every question I had. The room was great. The building is very clean. It was rough to sleep but that is just the way it goes. Thats why ur there to get help with sleeping issues. I cant say enough good things about my experience. Again, thank u Lynn and Zack. U two are awesome!!!
