Zabrina Young is a healthcare artist in her own right!! She took excellent care of me so that shower/bathe without affecting my monitor!!

Stephanie Wright . She goes way beyond what she told to help me get my meds, my shots, and fix appointments when there's a problem. She's awesome and she's sure a keeper. I love this gal. She knows exactly what kind of help I need and how to get things done so I dont have to worry She goes way beyond any nurse I've had. She gets my problems resolved God be with her.

I would like to express my gratitude to Stephanie. She is a very compassionate, caring and efficient person. She calls and follows up with you and makes sure that everything is done for us. I can always count on her because I know with Stephanie everything gets everything done for me and my husband in a timely manner. She has been incredibly kind and patient and is very professional. She is truly a blessing in our life.

Strike 1: Doctor sent confused dementia patient home alone, no call to emergency contacts. Strike 2: Consistently waiting 2 hours past appointment time to see doctor. Strike 3: same Doctor refused to call in a insulin refill for over 2 weeks. Had to go to Walmart & pay out of pocket to get a non-Rx insulin. Strike 4: Same doctor took 45 days to correct an Rx. Not sure if this is incompetence, lack of training, over worked, or just plain malpractice. Either way, I'm not happy with the treatment we receive from this office. Updated to add, Rx was not properly corrected. It has been over 60 days later and the Rx is still being sent to the pharmacy written wrong. We are still purchasing non-Rx versions to get by.

Victoria is always very pleasant when we visit the office. Has a great sense of humor and puts the patient at ease. She has help me out many times with questions, concerns, or whatever I contact her for. Thank you Victoria. You are a wonderful addition to the office.
