Very courteous staff and Dr Iqbal is always prompt and thorough. Very patient and willing to help with any questions I have.
I can’t say enough about my experience at Layton Parkway Sleep Center to be honest. We would be here all day if I could express all my sentiments about the experience. However, I did want to share the key details, from excellent checking in service from from desk staff (you’ll have to forgive me for forgetting his name) to the stellar performance nurse or perhaps med tech Hailey—I believe is her name—transitioning me to the care of my provider (DW) Dallin Wright smoothly and quickly. Dallin was just as professional and friendly; while being laid back enough to allow me to express my concerns in a safe environment. Absolutely amazing ecosystem of fantastic people who are amazing at their jobs and deserve every praise they can get. I feel heard and like I will have my health concerns addressed and mitigated in proper order, I feel like there’s hope for sound sleep again!
Very pleased with Dr Winters & the surgical staff. Food was very good. Most nurses & CNAs in the recovery were very good. Tech Alyliah was superb. Nurse Courtney was superb.
Dr. Iqbal was great. He was easy to speak with and communicated the improvements the bipap machine made on my sleep in a clear manner.
I love this hospital. I’ve had good experiences with every department I’ve been to. My appointment yesterday was no different. The check in desk for the sleep clinic were friendly and fun! So rare to have people who enjoy their job. As other employees came by, their greetings showed the friendly atmosphere here. The medical assistant was friendly and did a good job taking down my concerns. Dallin Wright is amazing! Such a good listener! He was familiar with my history with this particular problem, and he had actually read the notes the assistant had written, so that I didn’t have to repeat it all again. So nice! He had all the information at his fingertips and was able to show me on the ASV report what he was talking about. He encouraged me to keep up the good things I’m already doing. So nice again! He covered all the possible options for treatment, and let me choose what I wanted to do. He was on time and didn’t waste time, but also let me ask all my questions. So thankful!!
