Dr. Devin Schlossberg is outstanding, and I can’t say enough good things about him. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel comfortable and truly cared for. He takes the time to listen — not just to the main concerns, but to every detail you share — and you can tell he genuinely wants to understand what you’re going through. What really sets him apart is how patient, kind, and thoughtful he is. He explains everything clearly, makes sure you’re fully comfortable with the plan moving forward, and never makes you feel rushed. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such a warm, attentive approach. If you’re looking for someone who will truly listen, care, and guide you with compassion, Dr. Schlossberg is the one. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone.

I have seen Dr. Kern for nearly 30 years. Since she has moved from the cascade rd. Location to the beltline location the team they have given her have dropped the ball time and time again I am now on week 5 waiting for a preauthorization. I have had to involve Mary Beth the office manager and 2 weeks later nothing and no returned phone calls. This is not the first time this has happened. Dr. KERN I would give 5 stars. The team at this location is an embarrassment and disappointment. I would love Dr. KERN to leave this place. I will follow you where ever you go. For the amount of money we pay gor Healthcare if they need additional staff then hire it.

Dr. Schlossberg was outstanding-thorough, professional, and proactive about my health. Short wait, zero rush; he asked detailed questions, ordered all relevant tests, and explained everything plainly. Went above and beyond with a follow-up call for next steps. Five stars-top-notch care, highly recommend to anyone seeking a new primary care physician.

STAY AWAY, DISCRIMINATORY OFFICE! We have been with this office for over 30 years and yet, in the past year and a half, this doctor's office has: prescribed me a medication that made me puke for 4 days straight after taking it weekly and being told it was normal, when I ended the medication by MY CHOICE due to puking, they offered to put me on Omeprazole to TRY, which they had been prescribing me for 3.5 years already for puking which is why I was SO CONCERNED about the puking in the first place (still dealing with this a year and a half later with MANY specialists), told me bacterial sinus infections don't last 9 months without consulting my chart showing I have chronic sinusitis, a deviated septum, and 2 previous sinus surgeries, called me in the morning REPEATEDLY despite my disability requiring not (that's an ADA issue in and of itself) and being ASSURED no less than 6 times there is a "DO NOT CALL IN THE MORNING" note on my profile, and then, when I move things around for an appointment and do tiring things to accommodate my disability, I show up at 3:05p for a 3:15p appointment and walk out at 3:38p not being seen with NO communication as to Heather being late, and I asked TWO EMPLOYEES about it and was assured they'd look into it. And then, as a result, they threaten to end my care because I haven't been "professional" to them aka I've been upset and voiced it. Y'all, this place was great until the new building, and they told my mom her sleep issues that she NEEDS medication for to sleep were her "getting old" for 2 years until they finally decided to TRY something for her, and she was right, she needed sleep meds. Seriously, I'm in the middle of filing a disability claim and I am leaving this office. This is only the stuff I can FIT in here that they've ruined. They do NOT care, especially since I'm a Medicaid patient (wow, it's almost like I'm disabled and they're discriminating against me for it!), so they're really, really biased against me with care, and don't seem to think I warrant proper care as a proper human. I do not trust this place anymore, and you shouldn't either. I have never been treated so poorly for my disability, insurance status, and in general, just as a patient, until I lost my job 2 years ago due to disability. It feels like heavy discrimination here (not just my opinion, but that of my therapist of 20 years too, every other office treats I see treats me like I deserve respect), so if you're not white with private insurance, be wary. All of my doctors offices' except this office loves me, and it's VERY clear to me how I am being treated in comparison to the others. I think it's worth sending in a complaint once my plate clears up from the issues they've caused me due to their mishandling of my care. I used to love this place, and honestly? Genuinely disappointed in how they treat a patient/family of over 3 decades of going there. I don't even get an acknowledgement of their errors, or an apology. Absolutely awful care. They used to be great, and now I'm treated as subhuman because I'm not able bodied/minded with private insurance. I genuinely am disappointed. I deserve proper care even with a disability and state insurance, and I will be going elsewhere to find it as it's clear I will not find it here.

I've never actually been to this location, but if the other staff are even half as caring and committed to their patients as Linda at the front desk is, it has to be an amazing place! Linda went above and beyond for me twice in less than 24 hours to make sure I could be seen as quickly as possible at the most convenient location possible. Dealing with my current health concern has been one road block and frustration after another but Linda turned the entire situation around for me with just a few phone calls. It may have been a small part of her day but I will truly never forget the extra kindness she showed me during such a stressful time in my life.
