Compared to a sleep study I had done 14 years ago, this place is a joke. Some of the staff is OK, but the facility is laughable. Doesn't feel clean, you can't watch TV to go to sleep, you have to share bathroom with all the other people in the facility, I never physically saw a doctor and they told me I had to have a follow up visit to get my results and I would be charged for that visit. Also if i didn't get enough sleep i would have to come back and do it again, kinda hard to fall asleep with all those wires on you. Can't put my finger on it but it seemed a bit of place. I definitely would not recommend this place. My follow up phone calls with Andrea the mgr where I was interrupted and talked over made it impossible to communicate.

Incredibly thorough in explaining sleep study results and treatment expectations. Not sure why there's such a volume of negative reviews.

I’ve had two sleep studies done and was very satisfied with the tech and the staff following my procedure. The front staff is friendly and has always completed follow up. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I finally made it there after numerous reschedules for the initial consultation (getting there no fault of theirs). I go in and am told I need to pay a $40 copay up front. I do not like to pay a copay before services are rendered. I’ll be honest if I don’t get good service I’m not paying until I get the bill. They denied me service. Completely unprofessional could not show me a document with that policy. I tried looking them up… no website.. most (not all) of the good reviews are fake. I know you’re going to bill insurance for copious amounts of money for what is essentially a scam. Shame on me for not researching beforehand. Please don’t make the same mistake.

They dragged the process out for getting a cpap machine over months to bilk medicare and my secondary insurance company. The botched a sleep study because they stopped 15 minutes too early and demanded i get another one at $900 each. Then they dropped my secondary insurance company and now two years later i get a bill for $250 that they are sending me to a collection company. PLEASE TELL PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
