Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital Sleep Disorder Center

I never want to be in the hospital but, since I had to be there Bolingbrook is a great place to be Doctors and nurses had great bedside manners the blood texts were very nice even the people that brought me food were very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was very nice and polite. I had a great time at the place I never want to go back to and thank you all for taking great care of me

I had an appointment for a CT scan early on a Sunday morning. I had to do a preregistration online and also via phone. Then I physically went to the hospital to pick up the contrast and instructions. The instructions clearly state that I needed to stop at preregistration first on the day of my scan. When I arrived at the hospital, the registration office was closed. The sign said it was closed on the weekend. With no other information available I proceeded to the basement to the imaging department where there was a phone number listed. I called the number and was informed that I needed to go to the ER to he registered. Thankfully I was running early and this was a good day for me physically so the walk was manageable. Many days it would not have been. The hospital needs to fix this situation and let people know where to go on weekends and evenings or do not schedule these appointments.

Nurses made too much noise at night like a party was going on. At discharge no one told me what equipment to take home. Patient care was good just wasn’t well informed about what was going on. Someone called before surgery to say my ride home had to come at 8 am. I wasn’t discharged till 11 am and it was quite chaotic.

I had a nasty injury resulting in my right leg being broken. To UChicagoMedicine “Bolingbrook Hospital”, Dr. Tahir, Kelly, Matt, Tera, Dr. Charles Paik, Nariah, Mary, Breyonda, Ron, Kadaija, Rosias, June, Irma, the entire med-surg unit, orthopedic department, Dr. Steven, PT/OT department, dietary, housekeeping, etc. I appreciate your compassion and top notch care. You all made the trauma I suffered, feel less traumatic and made sure I was okay. There could never be enough thank you’s I could give. I love you all ❤️

I had an excellent experience at Advent UCIC Bolingbrook Hospital. The entire team provided me with compassionate, professional, and attentive care from start to finish. The nursing staff, including Alisa and Jen, showed incredible patience and kindness, always making sure I was comfortable and informed. The patient care techs were very supportive and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the transport staff, who made every transfer smooth, and the food service team, who were not only efficient but also warm and friendly — small gestures that made a big difference during recovery. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond, and I truly felt cared for on every level. I would definitely return here if I ever need help again. Thank you to the whole Advent UCIC Bolingbrook team for providing such outstanding care.
