I had Laser Ablation at Prime Heart with Dr. Sunil Patel. The wonderful young lady that prepped me helped me with my anxiety of having the procedure. Of course my first question was about needles and pain. Everything she told me to do such as relax was 💯 percent on point. Dr. Patel came in with his jokes through the procedure and it was short of amazing . Honestly, a little pinch her and there but nothing excruciating. If you are experiencing vericose veins, I recommend Dr.Patel and the amazing assitant. Prime Heart of Maplewood, God bless you for the amazing work you do! 🙏🏿
I came in to get a vein treatment , staff was very professional and polite. Informed us of every step that had to be followed to have a prompt recovery. Dr Patel has been an excellent Doctor, very professional and knowledgeable. Has been there every step of the way in this process.
This is my second visit, but I’ve a great experience with Dr Patel and his team. The women working in the office are all very kind and work together to get things done. Dr Patel is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me. He took time with me and encouraged me to make necessary lifestyle changes. The one thing that was a bit off putting was there are gentleman on a zoom listening during your visit. It was explained that they are updating my chart during the visit. Don’t love that but can deal.
Usually a long wait but I had a great experience with Dr. Patel. He was patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me in simple, easy-to-understand terms. What really stood out was that he didn’t just talk at me he actually asked me to explain things back to him to make sure I fully understood. That made a big difference. I left the appointment feeling informed, cared for, and confident about the next steps. Highly recommend!
I am very satisfied with the service I receive from this office. My Doctors are excellent, professional, caring, and respectful. The staff are all great, courteous, polite, and friendly. I am very happy having Dr. Patel and his team taking care of me. Second to None!
