Sleep Tight Diagnostic Center

My experience with this place has went from bad to worst. You can never reach anyone. I have called billing multiple times to discuss the charges to my insurance. You can leave a message. However, do not expect a return call. After hours service is a joke if something is wrong with the machine that they give you for a home sleep study ( this happened to me) no call back I hade to call during business hours multiple times to reach a person, just for her to tell me to bring the machine in. They did not change out to machine. They just gave me some more used batteries to put in the machine. I felt like she was more concerned about me returning her rechargeable Amazon batteries than the machine not working properly like it should. Also, it seems to be only one person working for sleep tight for services and billing. The service is piss poor. I was informed by the young lady that she ran my insurance that there was no co pay or anything. I asked her if there was a co pay and she said no. Now, I am being charged twice for receiving one service and cannot reach anyone to address this concern. Normally the experience may begin bad and get better. That is not the case here. Save you self the headache and go elsewhere. I wish I had. This is place is horrible. I have been calling to schedule an appointment. I have left messages with no return call. It's as though they do not want my business.

It was a nice facility for what needed to be done. The tech was friendly and helpful. When you go in, the bedding they have in the pictures was on the floor in the corner and you only have a sheet with a thin thermal blanket. If you ask for another blanket they will give you one from off the floor. Unfortunately that is not sanitary at all, especially in a medical environment. Also, the white blanket they gave me had a huge yellow stain on it. They do have a fan in the room in case you are used to sleeping with a fan sound..big plus! They did not have a nightlight in the room and when I asked, the tech got me one right away. I felt safe once in the office, but didn't love going up to the second floor of an empty office building alone at night. Overall the service was better than I expected and with a few changes, I think this place will be great. I will add that there was a zen goddess in the bathroom and one in my room. I think they were trying to go with a theme, but that does make some people uncomfortable.

I arrived at 8:00 & was greeted by a technician who with his great personality made me at ease. The facility was very clean, from the restrooms to the room my test was performed in. All of my questions were answered prior to the test. I'm very pleased with my experience at Sleep Tight. Would highly recommend it.

I had a really great experience there. My technician was warm and easy to talk to. She definitely made an unfamiliar experience seem comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was super clean. The surroundings are dark, but it’s only 8:00 pm- there is plenty of traffic around that it doesn’t feel unsafe.

A friendly staff, knowledgable technicians that explain the process, a comfortable bed in a clean environment. What else can you ask for? It feels like sleeping at home, not a lab!
