Moved near here and I've been needing someone to please listen to my teenager and stop throwing things at it. I expressed this to Dr. Schmid. Once she heard my teenager has some mental things going on which I have handled and not what I came for, that's the path that was taken. Social worker came in to basically confirm the plan I bad in place was great. Then went to send us on our way. I asked if the doctor was going to come back because we need to get this ball rolling on why my teen has chronic pain. She had to go ask, which the answer was, come back in 4 weeks. Seriously, a complete waste of time. So sick of being dismissed. Also the room was disgustingly dirty, there was a squished french fry on the floor and a couple bugs. Everyone that left good reviews is lucky I guess.

Best team of doctors and nurses hands down. I love you guys thank you so much for what you do. They are so compassionate. They will treat you as a person instead of an object. They care!

I arrived for my appointment on time, and proceeded to wait in line for 20 minutes. When I got to the front, they told me that the nurse practitioner Sarah refused to see me, even though the reason I was late was due to a long line, which both receptionists confirmed.

I more or less became a patient there randomly. When I first moved to the area and got insurance, I had to pick a PCP. I told the woman on the phone, pick the closest doctor that's accepting new patients. That's how I ended up with Doctor Bragwell as my PCP and he has been excellent. I had a lot of things going on and ended up with a lot of referrals, mostly within the University of Michigan West health system and the process has gone well. I've had physical therapy there as well as two ultrasounds all went well and I got the results back fairly quickly. They are great at calling me with the results and letting me know what they mean even though I can see them in MyChart, which the place uses to keep track of appointments and other medical information. I have found the front desk staff as well as the nurses and technicians friendly and competent.
