If I could give it 0 I would. They are nothing but liars from the top down. Office manager Tina Warner send me a letter about regretting that I don't recall the Telehealth office visit! How dare you accusing me of bad memory. I sat with my phone connected to their link and NO one ever in 1 1/2 hrs ever came on! I even rechecked with my carrier and got proof that I was the only one online with them at the 9/11/25 from 1:30 pm until 3 pm!

I enjoyed having Demali as my contact/caregiver. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in my health and needs. I valued her input and our conversations. I learned this visit that she is leaving. I will miss her! !

Alabama institute for sleep health was very impressive and handled my situation in one day, where as the other sleep center took 3 months and still I have no equipment yet. I walked into Alabama institute for sleep health and they helped me without waiting and my orders are in. Very clean facility the office staff has the best welcoming and respectful!! I say all was awesome and the place to go for sleep health, I only regret I didn’t pick them first. I highly recommend Alabama institute for sleep health.
