I broke my hand and they treated me horrible. I didn't complain and I was quiet. The X-ray tech pushed down on my hand that was so swollen I couldn't make it flat and he grabbed it at the break. They said it was a little bit of bone broken at the end of my pinkie. When I asked why the Dr wanted a big splint on it for such a little thing the nurse grabbed my arm and jerked it to her then asked so you want it or not. I knew that my arm was broken. The Dr stood away from me smiling and saying I'll be ok. I went to a Ortho Dr and yep my arm is broken in 2 places.

Presented with extreme facial pain radiating through my face, head, and eyes. Pulsating vision. Numbing arms. Female doctor on shift at the time asked if I even tried taking anything for the pain to which I said no because it wouldnt have helped. She proceeded to belittle me in a condescending tone, gave me some Tylenol and discharged me. Tylenol has barely eased the pain I was experiencing and im no closer to figuring out what caused it. Save yourself the trouble don't go here.

My child was in the ER tonight. The doctor was fine and the younger nurse was polite. The other nurse Mona was rude and irritable. I could hear her loudly snapping at patients and workers but being overly affectionate with others. I understand that there was a lot happening at once, but I feel like if you won't take the time to provide care and be patient, then don't be a care provider. We are human beings even if we don't have degrees and aren't feeling well.

Terrible hospital! Everytime I have taken my kids or mother to the ER and Carla Thomas is there she has misdiagnosed them! She has no idea what she's doing. I'm shocked the hospital doesn't have law suits against them because of her! A few of the nurses are hateful and rude for no reason. My mother was waiting for my son to come pick her up at the ER when she fractured her knee, which they diagnosed as a torn muscle. Her nurse kept telling her she couldn't stay there and said the ambulance would take her to the nursing home!! My mother's not in a nursing home!! A couple of months before my aunt died the nurse told us she was putting on, and she wasn't as bad off as she was acting. When in fact she had cellulitis really bad. Which they didn't diagnosis, keller did when she ended up needing to go there because she declined! Overall not a good ER, drive alittle farther to get treated!
