The doctor saw me for maybe 10 minutes, was extremely unhelpful, then I was hit with a stupid high bill classified as a 30-45 minute appointment. I tried to fight this and was told the additional 35 minutes I was Being billed for was due to “research” for the appointment. This doctor is a scam and will take all of your money, I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anybody.

The office lies to you about prices and coverage. I unfortunately used their services to do a home sleep study. Dr. Addy. Their staff notified me that this would be covered through insurance. Well, guess it's my bad for not actually verifying that. I guess I assumed too much being as how they deal with the costs of services and insurance, probably daily. So, I received a hefty bill soon down the road. I've been making regular payments, and now they've sent me to collections for their last payment. Piss poor, badly trained, no empathy, and no will to own up to THEIR OWN MISTAKES! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here! You have been warned!!!!!

The person whom I worked with at the sleep program was very helping and you could tell she genuinely cared. She didn't give the typical rigamarole that I feel like I get at other doctor's offices.

I am deeply frustrated with the communication, or lack thereof, of my provider. I was supposed to have a virtual visit with Dr. McNerlin. I was punctual and clicked on my virtual visit link as soon as I received it. There were some technical difficulties with the audio so she asked me to hang up and rejoin. I did that, it took me less than a minute, and when I reconnected it said my provider was offline. I stayed on that page for at least 20 minutes while I was calling the office to try and get through to see what the issue was. No one would answer, no one tried to contact me, no one responded to the email I sent. I had to call the general number to get transferred to their office, at which point they told me I needed to reschedule because she had another patient soon. To reiterate, I had been waiting in the virtual meeting this entire time while trying to get in contact with the office - Dr. McNerlin went offline, never returned, and made no effort to contact me about what was going on. TLDR: they might just decide to leave the virtual appointment, not return, and tell you that you have to reschedule when they fail to reach out or respond to contact efforts

The doctors...terrific. Easy to get in. Learned some new things about getting better sleep that I never heard of. Great with children. Katie and Jeff were so thoughtful as technicians and made my anxious daughter right at ease. Katie was phenomenal, even bringing my daughter a hot chocolate before we left in the morning.
