I am a current patient here for the last three years. My initial apt with Dr. Keller and Staff were great. For the year I can not get a call back just to order Sleep Apnea supplies. Now I am forced to find somewhere else and start the process over. Can not get a hold of any staff no matter what day/time I call, and have not received a return call from five messages. Ridiculous
Got my bill from my appointment for my CPAP compliance but never got a call regarding my supplies. Every time we call we get voicemail. It’s been over a month and still haven’t heard anything. If you’re looking for good customer service. This is NOT the place.
I saw the nurse practitioner to get a new CPAP machine in early September and had an appointment in late October to see her again and get my new machine. I am elderly and handicapped. When I showed up there was no CPAP and was told they had no record of a prescription or order for the machine. I requested my Visa card be credited $25.00 for the copay since I had received no goods or services. I also requested a paper copy of that refund. They gave me a blank piece of paper with the practice name and address on it. My Visa bill came today with a with the illegal charge on it. To Dr. Kanner, whom I never saw, and his nurse practioner, I state I will not pay for goods and services I was promised and did not receive. If I am turned over to a collection agency or am sued for this amount, I shall counter sue and ask for attorney's fees.
I have been going here for over 7 years. The level of care has declined drastically. The sad part of that is Dr Keller probably isn't even aware of his staff issues. I tried for 3 months going round and round with the staff here, Ins & specialty pharmacy about a medication I was on. I ran out of the samples and was having issues with the approval of the medication. I was given so many different reasons why from all three. Even though this medication worked very well for my needs I finally gave up. I was even contacted by email in the app by what I think may have been the office manager. She was inquiring about my situation. I let her know it was never resolved but I never heard back from her. Dr Keller is a great Dr but I think he may have too large of a patient to Dr ratio coupled with a staff that takes more than 3 days to even call back... or doesn't call back at all
I agree with other commenters regarding the staff and practice. Staff is very nice, but you never hear from a doctor after your initial visit and they push medical supplies you may not need. I had a frustrating experience trying to get a backup CPAP machine. They ordered it, said it had arrived, but that they were scheduling a month out. On the day of my appointment a month later, I get a message canceling the appointment because they didn't have a CPAP machine. Huh? I thought it had arrived? They had given it to someone else and now I would have to wait another month. Another time I had a malfunctioning machine that was still in warranty. They gave me a loaner while my machine was sent in for repairs or replacement. Still waiting after two years and still using the loaner device. No one can explain what happened. I went somewhere else. Before booking here, I would look for a smaller practice that has more personalized attention to patients.
