We had such a great experience at the sleep study clinic with our toddler daughter. Janel, our NP, made the intake process so easy and smooth, which helped calm all of our nerves. And Yousif, who cared for us during the overnight study, was wonderful with Blair—he applied all the medical equipment so gently that she didn’t wake up once. We’re so grateful for the care and kindness we received!
I had 6 virtual sessions with Chelsea about my insomnia. She provided me with very helpful techniques to improve my sleep pattern. My sleep has improved. Sleep restriction method and get up when you can’t sleep were the most helpful. She is a great listener, also.
Terrible place, the people are thieves. I did a sleep study there back in August, paid my first visit bill and had to also pay for in home sleep study. Month goes by no update; they wouldn't give me my OWN results until a call was done. Was told by staff that a charge for the call won't happen. A month later get a bill for $118 for a 2 MIN phone call. Contacted billing and was told too bad and they hung up on me. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Contacted the clinic as well and she stated the call was over 30 mins yet again I have the call record 2 minutes. I will be contacting my insurance about them. NEVER AGAIN
We were at the Sterling Heights location for my 3 year old daughter’s sleep study. Her first one at 1 years old was such a fail (she pulled all the probes out; didn’t sleep all night). Our technician that night was Youssef and honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better tech. After I told him about our first mishap, he said he’d come in after she’s asleep to put the probes on. He was gentle, but quick and effective, and she slept the entire time. Glad we had a successful study.
Extremely poor communication and customer service I went to this clinic months ago for a sleep study, and before I left, they told me someone from another department would contact me within one or two weeks to give me instructions and the home sleep test machine. It has now been almost three months, and no one ever contacted me. I called the office many times, left voicemails, and never received a call back. Their customer service is terrible — no one answers the phone or returns messages. Eventually, I had to go to a different doctor, who immediately gave me the sleep test machine and finished the process for me. Now this clinic keeps texting me asking for a $60 payment, even though they never completed the service and ignored my requests for help. I even asked to speak with the office manager, and no one ever called. This place is completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I do not recommend Troy Sleep Center & AAIRS Clinic to anyone looking for proper care or communication.
