Went to ER on 12/24/2025 in AM. Hospital staff very professional and receptive to my ailment. Dr. Gave me options on how to treat my situation and let me decide what medical services I should have. I may have been in the ER about one hour total. Even with other patients in the ER my observation was everyone was treated promptly and professionally. Thank you ππππ
I recently received treatment from this hospital starting in the ER and followed by three nights in a room for an acute situation. ALL the Doctors, Nurses, and CNAs, that I received care from were caring, interested, attentive, efficient, excellent at their area of service. The room I used was new, clean, very modern, well decorated. The food was actually great, hot food arived hot. There were choices, and a posted menu, and a special. No one chooses where a medical emergency will take place, and Sierra Vista can't do everything. This hospital had the ability to cover my emergency.
I have been trying to schedule a mammogram here. Itβs been three weeks and no appointment made. I have never seen such unprofessionalism. You donβt call patients sweetie or dear or whatever. Just do your job. Make the appointments. Iβm now going to not give any of the business to this hospital. Very disappointing.
Waited 5 hours for my daughter to have cuts cleaned is an utter disgrace, and the nurse refused to remove debris from her wounds. I was watching the nurses doing nothing for most of that time. What a bunch of clowns. Don't go here unless you're dying and even then I'd go to a different hospital. This hospital is a disgrace, not even worth the money they spend to stay open.
Only giving 2 due to the nice lady at registration. However, it BAFFLES me that SVH blood lab is not connected to networks. Their system is still fax and hard copy. And faxing is hit or "mostly" miss! Just like with many other emergencies, we have to travel an hour for a standard of care.
