The care my 10 year old son received, was outstanding! From the transportation service, patient coordinator, nutrition services, radiology, anesthesiology, nurses, doctors and all hospital staff, was amazing!! They even gave me and my son Christmas presents! They were all so nice, informative, present, inclusive and very caring and made me feel absolutely seen and heard about the concerns with my son. Thank you to every single person we came in contact with at this hospital! I don’t have even one small complaint!!
Clean hospital, amazing staff. Only gave 4 stars due to the fact no one offered me food service during my stay it was kind of disappointing.
Not even a place to put 0 on here so I had to do 1. My 2 year old grandson sat in the er with a huge gash over his eye for 6 hours, totally ridiculous! Would not recommend this er for anything.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team, both clinical and non-clinical who cared for my son during his recent hospital stay. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered showed an incredible level of compassion, professionalism, and kindness. The nurses, doctors, and medical staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They took the time to explain each step of the process, kept us informed, and made sure my son was as comfortable as possible. Their calm and caring demeanor made a stressful time much easier to bear. The non-clinical staff, including those at the front desk, housekeeping, food services, and patient transport, were equally exceptional. Their warm smiles, respectful attitudes, and helpfulness never went unnoticed and truly added to the sense of care and comfort we felt throughout the stay. Thank you to each and every person who played a part in my son’s care. Your compassion and teamwork made a lasting impact on our family, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done.
