When ED doctors treat patients like criminals. X-ray doesn’t mean you want drugs… means you’re seeking medical attention for an injury! Shouldn’t have to explain this! ! X-ray please no pills? Then we can get proper care? Fix the bedside manner or Dr K needs a new career choice!

Came in for back pain I couldn't even get out of the car. The first nurse was a raging female dog the front desk lady was sweet as pie even the back room nurse was a peach the dr was soft spoken and professional could tell I was in pain and uncomfortable he was a rock star then I see a male nurse he is a rock star too why are the majority of the rude unprofessional people in this building the woman.

The only time I ever had an issue here was during a shift change, which was a understandable human error. Otherwise each and every person I have interacted with in this hospital has been kind, professional, and empathic. This place gives great care to the absolute limits of their ability and it shows. When they lack the expertise, they help you cut through the fat to get to someone who knows. Both of my ER visits were met with compassion and speed. Nurses don't leave you to rot and neither do the doctors. Sadly... They sent me to the spine clinic in Nampa... The difference in treatment was shocking. I'm surprised both locations are owned by the same people.

I had an amazing experience here. I had surgery 3 days ago. I was depressed and nervous, but everyone was very very nice to me and made my day! The only bad thing I can say... is I was going to make joke but the anesthesiologist put me to sleep before I did that.lol Joking aside, I am very grateful to them. Thank you so much to all the doctors and nurses who took care of me. I love them so much. Thank you so much again!

Dr. Gilbert and the entire nursing staff are amazing. They took care of me quickly. Dr. Gilbert is one of the nicest, most compassionate medical professionals I have ever met
