So, there are a lot of bad reviews posted about Pro Health in New Berlin. I'm in the Pro Health network and have frequented this office more then any other over the last decade. While I wouldn't say the service is 100% fantastic, personally I've found it to be more then satisfactory. The people are generally pleasant, even if they aren't always overly enthusiastic about their jobs. I think some of the comment posters here need to realize that not EVERY single employee is always going to be of the highest quality. But most of the people I've encountered at this location are nice and eager to help. Just sayin'

Between the treatment of the back end staff (the front office staff were pretty nice and decent) and the predatory charges, this place should be avoided at all costs. The doctor I saw was alright at best, didn't try to build any relationship at all, seemed just like a business transaction. I'm fine with paying for charges that are allotted to me, however, billing it as a second visit when I only met with the doctor once is a scam. Come to find out it's a charge for a recommendation to a cardiologist that I never asked for, but because of the document they have you sign, they can charge it. This was my biggest issue as it took over 3 phone calls with different associates to know why it was charged as a second visit which they didn't explain. I had to Google the code that my insurance was charged for to know what I was charged for. I don't have a problem with paying for something I've been recommended, my problem is the way they bill those charges. Like I said, it's predatory and it seems they knew it when they set it up this way. This healthcare center seems to operate by showing that you're not a patient, you're a customer, and they'll treat you exactly like a customer which is transactional only.

I originally gave them a 5 star but after years of going here they truly deserve a 1 star. My doctor NEVER can see me they are always busy and set me up with a random doctor who doesn't even know me or my background. And then everytime I need refills it take so long to get. I've gone up to a week without my regular prescriptions because they keep forgetting to send them to the pharmacy. I have to call multiple times and they tell me everything is good and then when I need them the pharmacy says they never sent them. Can you imagine having severe constipation and not having your meds for a week. I can't even explain it on here. Emergency room here I come. Thanks a lot!

Came here for a dermatology appointment. Was here first thing in the morning. Check in was easy (I did the online pre check). Got seen right away. They also have new check in Kiosks if you want to do it that way. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful.
