Please be extremely careful if you choose this clinic for yourself or a loved one. On August 15, 2025 a cardiologist from this clinic prescribed the blood thinner Warfarin 5mg for my wife to take 1 tablet by mouth once daily. At the time the Warfarin was prescribed the cardiologist did not refer us to the Coumadin Clinic so that her blood INR level could be monitored. The cardiologist also failed to notify the Coumadin Clinic that my wife, a person new to taking Warfarin, would be a new client at the Coumadin Clinic. An international normalized ratio (INR) is a blood test that indicates how well the blood is able to clot. People who take Warfarin (Coumadin) need to monitor this level to make sure it doesn't go too high or too low. If you develop bleeding while your INR is too high, it can be life-threatening. In fact, neither my wife or I ever heard of such a thing as the Coumadin Clinic until more than three weeks after she began taking the prescribed warfarin dosage. It was in the very early morning of September 8, 2025 when we were horrified to discover my wife was experiencing massive internal bleeding and I rushed her to the Emergency Department at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital. The bleeding continued for days even after being treated at the Emergency Department. We learned soon after, by our own research, that her blood INR should have been checked within 1 to 3 days of starting Warfarin. It has now been more than THREE MONTHS since this all happened and while we have received many verbal apologies from various individuals at the clinic, including the cardiologist involved, nothing has been done to remedy the fact that we now are facing thousands of dollars in medical bills and other expenses that could have been easily avoided. The potential for long-term damage to my wife's health both physically and emotionally is our biggest concern. This post will be updated as soon as possible if there are any new developments.

If could give "negative" stars I would. Horrible scheduling and provider availability for serious situations. Dr scratched his head after a very concerning EKG and walked out. Later, I heard he quit. Shabby place that charges big time for being CARELESS!

I spent 3 hours here for my testing and had a great experience! Kimberly, Jon and Ashley were kind, caring and professional. I’ve had several appointments this past year and this center provides top notch service!

I had a stress test and Brittany was the technician over seeing the test. She did a great job making it less stressful! She is very smart and pleasant to be around! Thank you! Kurt
