This place makes it clear it only cares about money refused to even schedule a mri appointment witch they said was needed without full payment on the spot dispite the fact I offered to make a down payment as I did not have access to the full payment on the spot and refused call the doctor who then sent me back to the same person who suddenly schedule it so long as I payed in full before appointment then after getting to appointment they did not have record of my payment my paperwork was all wrong they don't document anything did not even have the previous treatment document and repeate the same treatment plan I've already been on with no improvement no one attemps to speak up or clearly despite the fact I've repeatedly I form them of my hard of hearing making actually understanding what they say near in possible even more so when they wear masks behind glass walls......and I can't read lips throught masks I've got one last appointment in the same department with a different doctor since the first one basically told me nothing and told me to see the second one I've requested my information and I'll be traveling along ways to seek proper treatment elsewhere been months with now thousands payed and no effort to help or listen just dismissed and left to suffer

Very disappointed in the care my husband received after having a stroke and being sent here for the hyped up "wonderful physical therapy". 15 minutes of therapy WHEN the therapist showed up. For the first 3 weeks ONLY. The rest of the time he either layed in bed or in a recliner with minimal care. Bed sores from lying in the same position for so long, bruises from a pissed off nurse that didn't want to do anything so she was rough and well down right abusive. Once right in front of us. I only hope nobody else's loved ones end up with her or god forbid her own loved ones. There were a couple nurses that showed some compassion and helped him save some dignity and they know who they are so thank you for that. These patients didn't ask to be there, not their fault so there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO TAKE IT OUT ON THEM. Just a big let down joke of a hospital.

I had found the place the night before. The only public vehicle charger in town is in their parking lot. Broke off a tooth on a Saturday morning 800 miles from my dentist, and well, I knew where the emergency entrance was. This proved to be a good thing. I will have occasional trips to Presque Isle, and should the occasion arise again, this is where I will go without fear.

This place is a joke. My husband uses the call bell, and they only answer it sporadically. They've stuck him in a room and hardly ever check in him aside when they do deem necessary to answer his call. Today he's gone the entire day without once seeing his doctor (or even an alternate), which is the only thing holding up his discharge. When I Allen to get an update, no one answered for over 20 minutes. Absolutely disgusted with the level of care and service.

I can't believe how much this hospital has gone down hill. 30 years iv gone there for medical care. So many people have told me to go to another hospital for better care . But no I put my trust in northern light Ar goul . And again they can't handle the simplest tasks. My goodness you can't even run a clinic never mind a hospital . You can't keep Drs . I go see my Dr you never know if it's the same Dr or different one. The best Dr I had was Sue Porter. Maybe you need to ask her how it's done. Because the quality of care is not there. Your Drs and staff are out right mean at times. Talk to your the patients . not down to them. Hey Drs don't blame your patients blame your self and staff and the hospital. And I trusted this hospital for so many years of my life. So sad . I hope for the hospital sake you don't close the doors for good . I hope you figure it out for the sake of the County
