The lady who took care of me was very nice, however they should tell you to take some melatonin to sleep because it's nearly impossible to sleep with 27 cords attached to your body as well as the face mask. Also, the follow up has been horrible. It's been well over a month and AeroCare, the CPAP place says that they are still missing info to get the CPAP machine to me. (They are rificuously soooooo slow there.) I am very disappointed in the whole process.
Lousy customer service. They are only open 10-4. I was told to drop off my sleep gear between 10-11 or 2 to 4. Came by at 10:42 and doors were locked. I left message stating no one was there and to call me. Waited around the area for an hour (I live 30 min away) and called again. Someone answered but from a remote location. They said someone should be there. They would call the office to verify and call me back. Sure enough, someone was there (11:36). I asked why they didn't return my call. "I dunno." I don't have time for incompetence and if you don't either, find another lab. There are more labs in town.
