Community Health Network Sleep Wake Disorders Center

In a 2 week period I got no less than 8 calls about setting up my payment method. Each time I told them i was cash pay and would pay when I came in to pick up my sleep study device. Each time no one knew I had previously I had already explained that. They were slightly pushy about it and wanted me to just do insurance. I asked for cash pay price and it took 3 different people to finally give me an answer. When I did have questions about how to pay or any details about the sleep study i got forwarded to multiple people who never had any answers. When I went for the sleep study education presentation everyone at the office was helpful and made it easy and organized. Everything leading up to it was a dumpster fire. I would say this has more to do with Community North administrative process/organization than it did the actual sleep center.

My son appreciated understanding what was happening the whole time, the comfort and temperature of the room, and the gentle nature of the staff. My only complaint is that there was no fitting accommodation for the parent who is required to stay. There was only an uncomfortable recliner.

Last night when we arrived the tech Justin met us at the door with a smile and very happy welcome. He was very kind, described how everything was going to go, made my daughter and I very comfortable, very thorough. Definitely a great evening!

Paris was exceptional and made me feel at ease! I hope to have her as my tech when I return in roughly 90 days. Please pass this along to her. This is my fourth sleep study and by far the best one yet. Thank you Paris!

I was extremely impressed w/the care & communication I had w/my person John at the North Sleep Lab. Everything was explained to me, very carefully, so I understood what he was going to do, at all times. He was genuine in his caring. I was pleasantly surprised it went so smoothly.
