After being a patient of this medical group for 25 yrs and having two outstanding doctors in the past, I recently switched to a new doctor at this facility after the retirement of my past two doctors. While I really want to stay within this group , I find myself looking for a new doctor after the new doctor I have been seeing is horrible at communication and answering my questions and requests for refills of a non opiate prescriptions that I take weekly. I also was totally forgotten in a waiting room for 50 min after an initial examination and only discovered when I was tired of waiting and was walking out. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this medical group for personal Healthcare 😕

A big shout out to Kelly, Dr. Sanchez MA. She is both personable and professional. She responds to messages sent in a timely matter and is easy to work with. Thank you!! Dr. Sanchez is everything health care should be. She's easy to talk to and puts her patients first. I feel confident my health needs are being taken care of. Thank you Dr. Sanchez and Kelly!!

Have been to this location a couple of times. Just today I visited their urgent care and recieved great care from the minute I walked in. The woman checking me in was pleasant and so was the provider that saw me. I wasn't sure if I should have went or not because symptoms came and went and it turns out something was wrong. The provider answered all my questions and was asking me a lot too to try and get to the cause. He even offered to write up a doctor's note if I needed it. Just great all around!

Amazing scheduling experience over the phone today with Emma... I have never encountered someone as friendly, helpful, and understanding as her when going through the process of rescheduling an appointment. Highly recommend!!

I went to this clinic (and their previous location) for 9 years. The care has declined over the years. It took me a few tries to find a doctor I liked. She used to be amazing, but the Pro Health system has turned her into a hurried robot. Two years ago, I told her the things I wanted to discuss during my annual physical. She went into robot mode and never covered my questions. It's my fault that I didn't realize it until I walked out the door. Last year, my blood work had crazy high values. They never contacted me about it; I had to ask about my test results. They asked me to repeat the blood work. The values were normal. This led me to believe that my blood sample or the tests were mishandled. I had to pay for the repeat blood work. I'm fed up, and I'm going somewhere else to get better care.
