This is the worst hospital ever. They got the labs mixed up and came in to tell me I had a UTI... I informed them I did not give any urine. (The urine belonged to a patient that was in the hospital not the ER). Had altitude sickness that they misdiagnosed as vertigo. Also they decline giving vaccines. Do not recommend.

This is the first time I can say im completely unhappy with the service I received. They seemed more interested in pushing me out the door and onto the clinics personnel than seeing me themselves.

Went to the er for an injury. Got me right back. Staff were awesome and doctor brown A+. Took care of me in a timely manner.

My positive experience starts with the wonderful ambulance crew. I'm sorry I don't know your names, but the driver graduated from OHS in 2001 I believe and the EMT is studying to be a paramedic. They were professional and supportive at all times. I'm sure the Emergency staff was confused by me. I thought for sure I had a sinus infection because of the pounding headache, but alas it was Covid! I'm so glad they gave me the additional tests to make sure I was OK. I had the pleasure (haha) of staying the night at the hospital. I went to Orofino fishing with my hubby and ended up having a bad reaction to a medication. Hubby drove me to ER and I was admitted from there. Everyone we encountered during this process was very kind and thorough. The hospitalist Dr. Lima was very knowledgeable and kept me informed with updates. Kudos to everyone! You guys are great! Thanks for letting me take a shower after being covered in puke and urine🤣. Sorry for the violent vomiting that the whole hospital could hear. I even got a call after I got home to see how I was doing! They care!
