Staff incompetent and claimed my appointment didn’t exist instead of apologizing for not scheduling like normal people. They don’t value patients or respect their time!

This place is sucks! For one year I m waiting my sleep medicine doctor referral and somehow they made it before I die! And for today I came here for my doctor appointment which they gave me on the phone and they said I do not have appointment!! These people are making fun with you and your health! Do not come here and waste your time!!!

I asked front desk about my blood test more than 3 times and she told me just go to quest and don’t need anything, I took an appointment for quest far away from my home 20 minutes and when I went there they told you don’t have any order!!!! I am with doctor Aruna!!!!!!! You must be sure until you send the people for another place to test or anything like that , this is not first time last time my name was going to be wrong and I had a lot of trouble for that

This place is a joke. I had my first appointment yesterday. I have a few issues why I will never go there again. Firstly one of the ladies at the reception window was so loud I could hear her discussing someone's medical condition and diagnosis etc. Then was the nurse assistant who did not know how to take blood pressure. She had the cuff on me so tight it hurt. Obviously it did not read anything. So now she put the cuff on my forearm. Tight again...with my arm hanging in mid air. I'm no nurse but I know this was entirely incorrect. She then took my body temperature with the thermometer that's supposed to roll one side to the other of my forehead. Except the reader did not touch my forehead at all. Reading was done in the air. This place is a joke. Unexperienced nurses. Doctor was not any better. She was reluctant to get my medical records from Kaiser even after I said I have them . Poor listener and clueless.overall worse experience of my life. My suggestion, if you're looking for a new GP go somewhere else. There are a lot of other providers out there . I'm amazed they even hire them like this !

I saw Dr. Krishnaswamy (in the building next to Dr.Greblya) she seemed to really listen to my concerns & dive into helping me figure out my best options. The office is not bad, simple decor and older, kind of like a clinic but the staff and medical assistant were nice and i didnt have to wait too long to be taken back. Overall I had a much better experience than I'd anticipated, considering I have government insurance. Since then, all contact with the office has been smooth and speedy. So far I really appreciate the exceptional treatment.
