Only giving two stars because doctor masilinski is a very good doctor who cares about his patients. Make no mistake about that. But the staff are terrible. Nobody ever ever ever answers the phone here. ever. Ive been waiting months to have my prescription refilled because I cannot ever speak to anybody. I remember when they used to answer once in a while atleast and use the excuse of being understaffed constantly. But now they just dont answer at all. And its sad because pantcho is a great doctor and I wish I could continue using his practice but I feel as tho its time to move on to a more attentive practice. Skip this place if you can.
I called this number and got a hold of a helpful scheduler who gave me a slot from an appointment that had just been canceled. I had tried other numbers listed for them elsewhere that did not reach them. This number listed on Google is the correct one.
People are rude. Wait 6 months for doctors appointment then I get a call that the doctor left so I have to make another appointment 6 months down the road which never happens. Call to get info about my sleep health I get voicemail, I leave messages but never get called back. Recently got a new cpap machine and the nurses told me they are dropping me cause I never got a machine. They don't ask, just assume. This sleep center needs a lot of work and they need people skills.
