I came last night for a sleep study! And the staff was wonderful! It was the best experience and staff made sure I was as comfortable as possible! I would recommend this place 100% I wish I could give 100 stars!
Every time I've been there the workers have been pleasant it would be my first place to go for a sleep study I know what you're doing and you won't be disappointed . Elaine is one of the nicest people that works there along with your coworkers
I recieved a voice message a week ago saying to call back. I called them back immediately and the nurse who called me was out on a lunch break and she'd call me back. I waited hours and she never called me back. I called back and they said she left early. I've called back every day since and everytime I call they come up with an excuse not to find someone who can give me my results. I'm waiting for important results, but apparently they don't care.
Why does blood work have to wait behind x-rays? They're two completely different things. Been sitting waiting for 30 minutes and counting and when I asked if they knew how much longer it would be, they were crazy rude and told me "mornings are busy, you could just come back." I get mornings are busy, but I work in the afternoons and they close at 5, so no, I can't "just come back." Smiling also works wonders when dealing with the public. Something the person I talked to didn't seem to understand. This blood work is fasting so I haven't eaten in over 12 hours, so I may just be hangry, but I probably won't be coming back here... Uodate: Changed to 3 stars because the woman who took my blood work was super nice.
