Update: 6/12/25 I’m updating my review because unfortunately i received a broken appt letter even after i received out 4 minutes during my appt time to advise of the circumstances they did not have another one available so I was seen the next day. They still mailed me a letter about it right after I spoke to someone reassuring me there’s no problem we can just reschedule you. Is anybody for real in this office geeeezzzzz. Had first appt yesterday for primary Dr. & I would say there is definitely an office staff member who is very very rude. Her name is Christian I believe. She called me back & said you are 10 minutes late like you are really late you was supposed to be on time & blah blah blah, so we have to hurry up Mind you I was on a knee scooter with a fractured ankle & boot. She weighed me with all of that on including purse around my shoulder & took me to the room. After first interaction I felt very uncomfortable like this is how they represent themselves???? Makes all of the pleasant office staff look bad. I’m asking myself this behavior cannot be the first it seems like she don’t have any patience at all or respect for anybody. I feel sorry for her coworkers. That’s terrible!!!! I really don’t think I can deal with her again because.Im not going to accept someone talking to me like i’m in the principles office & is inconsiderate & rude Drs office is supposed to be a place of comfort not nerve recking.

They literally don't know what they are doing. They are afraid to even do a good check up on you. They will quickly refer you before you think. My appointment was cancelled and sent back to a whole year before i see the doctor. Im taking my family from their facility

I did not like how I was treated by the provider I saw here. Comments were made that assumed personal things about me that weren’t true. And I felt like I was rushed out of there like I was bothering the provider with my very presence. While test results were shared with me + explained in detail to me, it’s like whenever I tried to speak, the provider would not allow me to. She would coldly say: “No, let me finish”. The provider also asked if I eat a certain food and I tried to respond…suddenly she was nodding her head and it was like “yep, I knew it” to her…turns out she was wrong. What I tried to say to her was that I did not eat this particular food. Suddenly she understood and got the message?? Overall, I don’t understand why I was consistently cut off/rushed here. She didn’t care what I had to say. She just assumed. And lastly, the comment that was made to me where she assumed my personal life was super uncalled for and was just downright unprofessional. I wish I could post the comment, but I believe it is too suggestive for Google. I assume the comment was only made because I wasn’t dressed up for the appointment. It was just bizarre and I’ve never had any provider say anything close to the nature. I’m sad to say I cannot return to this practice because I had to hold in tears as I left. Just felt like I was treated like I had 0 IQ.

This office is the worst. The staff is nasty. They don’t have any respect for people. Was there 3 times with a friend. Each time we waited over 45 minutes for him to be seen. The 4th appointment he was 4 minutes late getting there and they refused to see him. When he asked to speak to the doctor he was told that the doctor was in with another patient. So the doctor had no plan on seeing him. This place is a laughing stock. Poor excuse for a medical professional.

I fractured my arm and needed total shoulder replacement… this office staff couldn’t have been more UNHELPFUL, UNSYMPATHETIC and simply rude. They refused to see me for surgical clearance… “no appointments for you… at all”. I’ve been going to this office for years and have even been there recently… the office staff even refused to have the dr simply fill out the clearance form. In summary…refused to complete the form without been seen and then refused to see me????? Is this healthcare today?? If I could give negative stars… I would.
