Brigette is awesome, the ladies at the front desk need to be more professional, though. This is twice now where I’ve been greeted with an attitude and I really don’t appreciate it. Not for nothing, but I don’t wanna be there either. Be kind.
The doctors in this office show extreme care for your well-being, your physical health and your mental health. The office staff are also so sweet and kind. I’ve never had a problem with scheduling an appointment and I’m always seen quickly.
Scheduled an appt over two months ago for a sleep study. Took the day off work, and was going to drive an hour and fifteen mins one way to get to the appt because it was the only one they could find me after weeks of waiting on a list. Office called and Canceled the appointment on me THE MORNING of with zero explanation. Absolute joke, no I will not be rescheduling
Tried to make an appointment and can only be done through tele visit. We are almost 3 years in to COVID and were still doing tele visits only. I've done the tele visits before and wound up at urgent care because I was misdiagnosed through tele visit and cost me over $100 due to the copay for tele visit and then copay for urgent care. Lasti time I checked you can't look in someone's ears, throat, listen to their chest through the phone/computer. Then Drs wonder why people put off going to them. Just out for the money and not the patients. Why be a Dr if you are afraid of getting sick since I was told its the Drs rules to not see anyone with certain symptoms. It's absolutely ridiculous at this point I will be looking for another Dr. that is not afraid to see their patients in person.
I've been going to Kennedy alliance for years and usually have a good experience, but the last two Visit make me not want to come back, I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor and the last time I made an appointment with a specialist and when the day came they said they couldn't find any appointment and that I didn't make one. And now I have to wait another month to meet with this specialist. The desk lady's are very nice but seem like they need help and are taking on so much that they can't handle everything. Hopefully next visit will be better.
