Today was my first visit to see Dr. Riaz. From the moment I walked in the office, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Riaz, and his team, Alandra MA and Christina OA were kind, caring and professional. Dr. Riaz was aware of my history, asked questions and explained my treatment plan for me to understand. He told me to call if not feeling better.
So dissatisfied!! I called last Tues to try and get a refill on my mom's medication for her breathing!! Called two days later, the girl that answered was rude and said they said my message doctor but no reply back yet I asked if someone knew when it would be looked at and they could not give me an answer. So I called again today and all of a sudden my message was not in there it was never taken Plus they had my number wrong after I gave it to them 3 times. I bet if it was their mother they wouldn't be waiting like mine!!!! No compassion
Had cardiopulmonary testing done here. The main nurse that worked with me, Barb, greeted me with a smile and throughout the approx 1 hr process, was patient, very personable and explained what was being done and why, as well as answering any of my questions. Was very sensitive to me feeling comfortable at each and every stage. Another nurse named Jill came in later and continued the excellent care. Kudos to them both. Highly recommend using this office.
I had a great experience with the Virtua Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine group today. The intake staff was excellent. Personable, yet- professional! My appointment was with Dr. Angel Rodis. He was compassionate, kind, and thorough in his examination. It’s nice when the doctor and staff are approachable and love their job! Thank you Dr. Rodis & fabulous Staff!
On 12/7/25 I reached out to Aaron Rubenstein, PA with a question about a test that was ordered for my mother. I left a message requesting a call back, and he returned my call within 20 minutes. This was my second time speaking with him about my mom, and I am always impressed by how he engages with us. He takes the time to make us feel heard, cared for, and valued. He addressed my questions and concerns with honesty, which I deeply appreciate. My mom’s healthcare team is truly phenomenal!
