Residence Inn by Marriott Burlington Colchester

Great price, excellent staff and facilities. Rooms are very clean and laid out well. Location is set back from road so no traffic noise. Not the best breakfast but is not bad and included. This hotel will be my first choice when returning to the area.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Vermont! I booked a suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen — it felt just like home. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s plenty of easy parking. The outdoor atmosphere in the fall is absolutely stunning, with colorful trees all around. I tried the breakfast once — it was very good, but not the best fit for me. I just wish there were more options for vegetarians or for guests who don’t eat pork. It would be great to have choices like omelets, turkey or beef options, or even just plain eggs with pita bread, potato or Hash browns. Also, I think extending the breakfast hours a bit would make it even better. Overall, highly recommended!" Thank you :)

Not often do I write a poor review. My experience here wasn't that good. First upon checking in we found old food in our frig, pretty discussing. Upon using a towel I touched one of our towel racks and it fell off in my hands with the towels. Then we get up to shower in the morning and we were out of shampoo. I report all this to the front desk that next morning. Nice lady apologize and said everything would be taken care of. They fixed the towel rack. I get in the shower NO shampoo again. When paying over $300 a night, you would think they could get this right. I was disappointed. Rich was the most customer focused person I met there. He ran the kitchen for breakfast. Amazing, Amazing. Customer focused, friendly, helpful. Keep that man, you need him.

The young lady the check me in was very professional and nice. My stay was great. I wish they would turn on the fireplace in doors especially at night because the temperature does tend to drop. Everyone is not from Vermont and is not use to the weather. The evening lady informed me it is only turn on when is real cold. Breakfast was good. I love that they are thoughtful and give to go boxes for people who are still sleeping in. Your party. The management and staff was supper helpful and friendly. They showcase the grill so much it made me go out and get some steak and grilled that night. To add to the experience it would be great to have some seasoning on deck is case your customers need it. I do appreciate hosting me on my 1st time I. Vermont. You added value to my experience.

This is a beautiful hotel with spacious suites and comfortable environments. We had a small issue with the a/c on the first room we were given, but the staff quickly moved us to another very close room and helped us move our belongings! Breakfasts were well maintained and front desk staff was continually engaging and genuinely welcoming.
