Island Sleep Testing

Had an appointment for a sleep study at Saturday at 8 pm, showed up but the lights were on and the door was locked. Okay, fine, annoying, but I can wait. Time goes on, still nothing. No one is answering. Turns out, the guy next to me was also waiting and had been there since 7:40. By now it’s 8:30, and I’m standing outside in the dark in a sketchy part of town in my pajamas. Had to call the mainline twice to get it figured out. The tech who was supposed to come in that night didn’t because of the road blocks due to Christmas parade, even though the back roads were still open and that’s how I got there. She notified management, but nobody thought to notify us our appointments were cancelled and had to be rescheduled. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. 1 star for the guy I talked to on the phone, he was apologetic.

I just stayed a night, the rooms were nice and the staff were very professional and kind. I definitely recommend it.
