Everyone is so helpful and nice all the time.
One lady was friendly but the other seemed mean on the 4th floor. No one could help me to know who I needed to talk to when I had came in for an appointment and it wasn't the correct day. So because of a women I spoke with on the phone made a mistake in telling me wrong, now I have to pay with the aggravation of these people and the people on the phone who makes appointments. First time coming here and if it wasn't for me really needing my prescription, I wouldn't even be back. I know what the lady on the phone told me, it was no misunderstanding. Living in a world where people can't do their jobs right is not fun and it's overrated.
Staff are so good polite, helpfull and nice. Very clean and sanitized. All therapist doctors there are very professional and nice, 6 months suffering lower back pain was relieved within a couple weeks of the correct exercise. I am thankfull. Madina Tenizbaeva
Secretarial/scheduling staff are very accommodating. Tom is an amazing therapist. Straight forward about my progress and what I need to do to get back to 100% after shoulder replacement. Maria helped me when I got Vertigo 5 weeks in. What a godsend.
Very friendly, helpful, and helped me get back to work after an injury. All the right equipment not available at home. Very clean and overall a great office.
