My husband was treated very well@ LPH on the ER floor inpatient room 4. All the staff right down to custodial very professional, kind and courteous. He had excellent medical staff who provided great care to him. I couldn't be more pleased with this hospital and staff. I thank the ER Dr. Byrnes for being so caring and concerned, along with the nurses that night and the radiology tech. Again, I am thankful for them taking care and basically finding an underlying illness we did not know about nor was the reason we came to the ER to begin with. Thank you all.

You’re better going off to Norton Community Hospital. The doctors and nurses have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. My mom has been sent here frequently, and they say she’s going to do one thing then the next thing we know she’s being sent home. Just yesterday, she went there. Her toe had no pulse and was turning black. They mentioned amputation and sending her to a different ER, but then she’s sent home a few hours later. She was never transported or got any care. There’s two doctors who are incredibly rude and nasty, and none of the staff updates family. It’s a nightmare trying to get ahold of someone there, the phone just rings and rings. This is hospital is the worst hospital we’ve been to. If you need care and can drive somewhere, go to Norton Community Hospital.

Every person in every department during my husband’s stay at Lonesome Pine Hospital treated us with respect and kindness. We could not have asked for any better care than he received there. Thank you to each and every one of you. You are the best.

Very clean and staff was extremely helpful in getting me to where I needed to go to. Since Ballad has remodeled the first floor of the old LPH I was kinda lost in not knowing where exactly to go for my nerve conduction test. The staff made sure I was where I needed to be and they couldn’t have been more professional! I wouldn’t mind doing more procedures in the future there and would highly recommend Dr Frye to anyone in the future.

I came for an MRI. The gentlemen that cared for me and took care of the testing were kind and patient and efficient. They explained the process, the necessity of stillness and continued checking in throughout the test. A young hospital worker not only gave me directions to the radiology department but walked me all the way there. My tests came back quickly.
