Dr Dumont was very thorough and took time to make sure we understood every step of the exam and treatment options. He did not push for expensive treatments, and wants the best for patients. Would definitely recommend for others.
Very friendly staff. Dr. Delashaw was very detailed in explaining my sisters health after surgery. He is an excellent surgeon. My sister has not had one complaint about the surgery or any pain. We will be seeing him again in September. Thank you Dr. Delashaw for probably saving my sisters life. We appreciate all you have done.
Dr. Malluchi recently operated on my neck that had been operated on many times by another doctor yet for 20 years I lived with chronic pain and began to lose the use of both arms. Dr. Malluchi repaired my neck and I now have full use of both arms and my neck has not felt this good for nearly 20 years. He is incredible and is such a nice man!! I am indebted to him forever!
The doctor has a great personality. He explained thoroughly what he wants to have done. First some x-rays and then we go from there The incision that he would do. The recuperation time went over several times so that I understood. Any of the staff members that I came in contact with all very personable and friendly and helpful.
dr delashaw and joye are literally the best ever but the girl who answers the phone is really mean and doesnt know how to do her job (hung up on me a few times when i was trying to get a bloodwork referral sent to my local doctor to get my hormones tested back in october, but since she hung up on me twice my cortisol levels werent accurately taken since i couldnt get the bloodwork done until 12. and today she was extremely rude to me for calling to get an update about getting my surgery scheduled, told me to stop calling and that joye wasnt going to call me[even though joye called me an hour later], and she essentially told me i dont matter, she literally made me cry.) she is unprofessional and has no care for what patients are going through. id file a report if i knew her name. anyways joye and dr delashaw are amazing so 100% reccomend! just be careful if you have to call for any reason lol
