I fell through the cracks during covid, my machine no longer sends information, the last time I went in I did an at home sleep study. And was told around Thanksgiving by the next Monday I should have a new machine, I've since called three times with no call back.

I’ve had my sleep study completed for over a month and have been playing phone tag with the techs to get the equipment needed. I even tried to call scheduling and still had to leave a voicemail. Does anyone actually work in the office?
