Dr. Jamie Jick has been remarkable doctor. She is an excellent diagnostic doctor, as well as, a caring, knowlegeable doctor. She has been an extremely kind hearted, compassionate doctor. I swear part of the reason I'm still around because of her! She has recognized several serious problems I've had in the past.
The only friendly person at this clinic was the main entrance greeter! Radiology reception and staff not personable. I’ve had dozens of appointment this past year at Waukesha and mukwonago. This clinic needs lessons in how to treat a person with respect .
Experience with allergy department front desk reps was awful. Got there a few minutes late because of a really long train and checked in for an allergy appointment at the kiosk. The kiosk said to go to a rep at the front desk. Front desk called the allergy department and was put on hold for over ten minutes. The front desk rep thought it was odd and called the allergy department back. The allergy rep informed her that NOW that it was over 15 minutes past time I would need to make an appointment four months from now in September. Went to the allergy department to see if anything could be done (was not hopeful) and was met with a incredulous face from the rep, likely the same one that put me on hold for over ten minutes making my appointment void. She makes a show of going through the motions (which amounted to nothing), while her co-rep openly says to an elderly couple she was working with that "Sorry, this young man seems to be a handful." She said it in a sneering tone, when I had not talked to her and the elderly couple seemed confused by the comment because they did not even notice I was there until she said anything. Overall, it was completely unprofessional, blatantly rude, and a waste of time. This is the first negative review I have left for anywhere in my life, but after having to suffer through a week without my allergy meds in peak springtime for this lack of an appointment, they earned it.
Came her for a CT Scan. The place is well staff and professional. They now have free standing Kiosks to speed up the check-in process. There are people standing by to help patients use them, so it's not intimidating. I arrived a little early and got in after a short wait. The CT tech (Megan) was terrific. Very welcoming, explained the entire procedure, and made sure that I was comfortable.
