As a Vietnam Vet I have had numerous difficulties from exspoure to agen orange with asthma being a side effect. I have been a patient with PAR for ten years and been with Dr.Chrstal Sayball for the majority of that time. They have always respected and treated me with the utmost respect and support.although I can get support from the local VA hospital I can always call and get the help I need from their office on boulders. They have helped me immensely with my sleep apena and my IPF. If you have breathing or sleeping difficulties these are the people you should put your trust In. I never regretted giving them my life.
I was greeted when I walked in the door by the person at the front desk, who then finished my check in. The office waiting area was clean and quiet. The nurse calked me back and was professional as she took my vital signs. Dr. Polsky was attentive, professional, efficient. He addressed my concerns.
I saw Dr Polsky, and have appointments with another physician I have been nothing but pleased with pulmonary associates the scheduler …” TIANNA” was absolutely amazing so thorough kind caring if I could give scheduling 100 stars I would and I’m comparing it to Vcu, which is absolutely a -100 because we all know how frustrating Vcu is in anything that you do. It’s like the doctors don’t even care because they get paid whether they see one patient or 20 patients so patient care is in a priority but at pulmonary associates they really go the extra mile and CARE listen, have compassion and kindness and when I put a call into the office manager, they gave me a call back, which is rare. I highly recommend pulmonary associates, not only for their professionalism, but for their accommodations try to get in with Vcu Anything pulmonary sleep study. You’re looking at the end of 2026 like this practice is A+ highly recommend it. They listen and care and believe in their patients, please trust in these people, they will not fail you.
Dr Vinson is awesome! I absolutely recommend her. She really listens to my concerns and works to find the best path forward. I appreciate that she calls/consults with my other specialists - looking at my situation as a whole, versus only a lung/breathing issue. She has called me directly to see how I'm doing or to discuss a concern. I'm so glad I landed with her🙂
Every time I go in for my appointment, the receptionists all are so friendly and polite. The guy that did my breathing test yesterday was amazing. He gave directions and made sure I understood and did correctly. Dr Vinson is awesome! She takes her time and really cares. Answers any questions that you may have. Would highly recommend her and Pulmonary Associates of Richmond to everyone.
