I have going to Pulmonary Associates of Richmond for several years. I have always had in- person visits but my most recent appointment was a virtual visit. Dr. Amir had already reviewed my C-pap records and just had a couple of questions. The entire call was completed in under 10 minutes. Easiest visit ever. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Amir
I have been to several sleep clinics over the years but only had limited success. My sleep study at PAR was great! Helen was a great technician - knowledgable and kind. Also a great teacher for my new equipment.
I was seen to be reassessed for obstructive sleep apnea since my CPAP machine was needing to be evaluated and possibly replaced. Everyone I encountered were exceptionally friendly and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with all of the staff, the NP, and the physician. The at-home-sleep study was very easy to use, and sleeping at home on my own bed was excellent! I highly recommend Pulmonary Associates of Richmond.
I had a follow up visit. I was having some issues with the nasal pillows. I was able to see a technician immediately instead of another appointment. He was very helpful. He helped find me a much more comfortable nasal mask. The staff there is friendly, helpful and professional.
The support staff perfectly guided me to prepare for my televisit. Dr. Amir came online shortly and he spent time carefully explaining my test results and answering all my questions and concerns. I usually prefer in-office visits but this was a great experience.
