I have used CPAP for many years. and the only reason I need a doctor is to sign my insurance claim forms and prescriptions. The doctor, while I waited to see him, eloquently told a new patient the same story I heard many times before. I wonder, how can they survive in ChatGPT era? Oh yes, they are protected by law. The doctor is not much use, we need is a capable technician tell us how to handle the machine. with ChatGPT, I don’t even need that. Sleep medicine should NOT be a specialty, as the doctors just becoming expensive sales persons. Let the family doctors provide prescription after initial sleep study!!! Yes, about this clinic. I did receive a bill for “remote monitoring fee”, wow, so advanced!!! I didn’t pay it though, I didn’t agree, and never receive such service before this clinic.

A Year-Long Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would! My experience with this clinic has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here’s why you should stay far away: 1. Appointments Disappear for No Reason My scheduled appointments mysteriously vanished without any notice. No explanation, no rescheduling—just a complete lack of responsibility. 2. Unprofessional Sleep Study Equipment The sleep study equipment they provided was extremely unprofessional. I never received any meaningful feedback after my tests, making the entire process feel like a waste of time and money. 3. Overpriced MedRes Devices – Pure Price Gouging They overcharge for MedRes devices. A 10th-gen machine that normally costs $950? They had the audacity to charge over $2,000! It’s an outright scam. 4. Outdated Google Reviews – The Reality Is Awful Their Google reviews are mostly from **five years ago**. The current service is absolutely terrible—do not be fooled by old ratings! 5. They Keep Charging Me Without Providing Services After my appointment disappeared, they did absolutely nothing to help me but kept charging me anyway. 6. Terrible Supply Management They promised to provide necessary supplies but never followed through. I had to chase them repeatedly, and still, nothing. 7. Chaotic Communication & Billing System Their email system is a mess. The billing and clinic departments operate separately and have no idea what the other is doing. The only thing billing is good at? Chasing payments—even when I didn’t receive any actual service. 8. They Do Not Support Major Insurance Like Aetna They failed to inform me upfront that they don’t support Aetna, one of the biggest insurance providers. 9. Broken Promises – Additional Hidden Charges They promised to give me the device after a year but later demanded I pay $700 to keep it. On top of that, they charged me for additional supplies—despite my insurance already covering most of the costs. If anyone else has had a similar experience, we should consider a class-action lawsuit. This place is a scam designed to take your money while providing little to no real service. Avoid at all costs!

This clinic follows unethical practices. My husband visited them in 2020. Since then we have been receiving a bill every year for services we have not received. They charge our insurance as well. We have to call multiple times to remove the fee and it usually ends up in collections agencies. Now they did it again. We have already called twice and messaged and they simply do not pick up the phone or reply. This is fraud and merits legal action.

Don't schedule your appointment here because once you start the process you are trapped. They are extremely slow and not organized. Instead of promptly scheduling all the needed appointments they make you wait at each step. And the explanation is - "unfortunately it's a process". Even after the second sleep study it is 4-6 weeks before you may get the machine. Ridiculous. I wish someone had told me before I decided to see this clinic. I would have gone to another clinic that actually cares about providing treatment, not just leaving you in limbo suffering.

My Sleep study appointment was scheduled for Dec 21, 2021 at 7:30 PM. They sent me a message at 6:28 PM that same night cancelling my study. I was already on my way to my appointment, DRIVING AT NIGHT in the POURING RAIN!!! I am a 71 y o senior woman who has not driven at night, much less in pouring rain and it was with great difficulty and stress to get to my appointment. Their technician had a last minute emergency and I’m sorry for him/her, but that is NOT MY PROBLEM. How convenient that I was the only patient for that technician that night instead of 3! Let’s reverse the situation - What if I cancelled 1 hour before? They would’ve charged me the full amount. What do I get when the cancelled my appointment 1 hour before? NOTHING!!! I NEED the owner of this facility to reimburse me what they would’ve charged me and my insurance.
