Went to see if I was having heart attack. Your people at front desk kept me for 10 minutes. I thought I was dying. Your lady to do the test finally came and got me or so I thought she walked right by me. I said really your going to walk by me. She turned around and pushed me to her room. By this time I'm in a full blown panic attack and she won't wait for my husband. She wasted 2 test cause I was bouncing. My husband came in and she looked at him and said "Next Time. I said we are not coming again. 5 times she got interrupted and I got nothing. And as we are leaving your whole hospital smells like fecal matter.

Back at UTMB❤️ The quality of care is amazing here, worth the hour drive! My appointment was at 8:45 and I am out already doing labs ❤️

Wait time is god awful like why set an appointment time and not even be on time with the appointment if you have nothing to do and have a boring life this is the place for you because you'll be here for centuries waiting for your turn to be checked out and trust me don't even worry about being ontime for your appointment you'll be checked in 3 hours later so when they say be here by 9am they ment be here at 3 pm because that's how long you'll be waiting.

Surgery went great! Recovering well! Everybody was wonderful, Dr. Fulcher and all the wonderful nurses! ❤️

Service is horrible. U get your lab/test results at a decent rate but it takes a month or more before you can actually speak with anyone about the results. Doesn’t matter if you call everyday they all say the same thing “I’ll put in a request to your doctor/pcp/provider” and nobody ever calls. Even using the app to message doesn’t work. I gave up at about week 3 and found a new pcp and clinic to go to and still never heard back from them in the mean time smh. Just terrible.
