Dr. Laura J Linschied was excellent, listened to my medical history and ultimately referred me to physical therapy for treatment. The intake process was easy and the employees were kind. Had a cervical xray as well there.
This was my first visit with Dr. Ponce and the experience was excellent. Md Ponce was professional and thorough, and the staff was attentive and courteous. I am very satisfied with the care provided and would highly recommend this practice.
Been seeing Dr. Ponce for several years now and have never been more pleased with the level of care provided. The practice may have gone through a few name & location changes but the service provided has not deminished at all. . . In fact its only gotten better and better. Very kind, friendly and professional staff... Highly accommodating and flexible with scheduling. Its not often to find a Doctor who genuinely listens and takes the time with their patients in today's world. Most doctors try to get you in - out - and on to the next patient... but Dr. Ponce & his team are the complete opposite. As dreadful as doctor visits can be for many people.... I immediately feel welcome, at ease and comfortable... all while ensuring your health and concerns are prioritized. Even during times of medication shortages out of our control - he addresses potential ongoing shortage concerns and has a backup plan prepared just in case. This tiny act of consideration makes a huge impact and - in my opinion - is what truely sets this practice apart. I even moved to the complete opposite side of Houston an hour away and still perfer to make the drive or schedule tele-visits rather than finding a new Doctor. Top ratings for this amazing team...
Dr Ponce is wonderful because he talks to you like a friend and then he listens to you. The staff is the very best. They are extremely kind and helpful. I love everyone at this office, been going there for over 10 years! Absolutely a 10 out of 10.
To date all CLS surgical staff and Technicians are professionally trained and awesome.. They are courteous and always perfect with every appointment I'm scheduled a pleasure.. As posted i love their entrance wall of art ,i just had to take time to take pictures 📸 .
