I met with shayna, dr wongs nurse practitioner excellent communication with her. As for Jennifer at the cpap supplies dept. I was confused as to why she would asked me if im a resident of Kansas. She didn't explain her reason for the residential status. If she had been clear that it was because of billing I would have understood. I felt like I was being discriminated.
The staff seemed very efficient and my wait time was reasonable. Dr. Wong was friendly and personable. Although our visit was short, he appeared to understand my situation and had a good plan to resolve it.
Competent, Efficient, friendly staff. Shayna Dallas was very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and didn't push me in a direction I wasn't comfortable with.
Staff was prompt, Shayna took time to explain things and address my needs. I had contact with several staff during my visit and they were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
Jennifer is a great respiratory therapist. Very efficient and thorough, always takes the necessary time to listen, understand and respond to questions and concerns. Highly recommended.
