The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, creating a welcoming environment from start to finish. My appointment was efficient, comfortable, and completely stress-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of neurological testing.

My appointment was for 12:45 and was told to show up 20 min early for paperwork. I get there at 12:20 and the door was locked with a sign saying back from lunch at 12:30. The receptionist lets me in at 12:30 wearing a covid mask. I was annoyed by both those things, but the technician doing the test more than made up for it. He was exceptional!

The staff was friendly.and professional clearly explaining the procedures before doing them. Very nice experience. I highly recommend this office.

The entire staff and the doctor were outstanding. They understood the freeway trouble and rain and still allowed for me to get my testing, when others won’t these days if you’re a minute or two late. I also want to state that I’ve had this painful test many times before and this is the first time it didn’t hurt. The way the doctor placed each needle was precise. I highly recommend to everyone. Once again to the entire team, thank you.

Tight cancellation policy and recent patient tried to call office for additional directions (no answer) and apparently this office is not networked with phones. No handicap access at building and entrance to office requires support for wheelchair access (or both doors left open.) Friendly office people.
