Very unorganized, aside from the front desk person. Natasha was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Her tone was very condescending. Nicole was very helpful And is a great asset to the company.
This was my first visit here and it was excellent! Everyone from Jose at the front desk, to Natasha (clinical medical assistant), to Dr. Hueman, were friendly, helpful, and informative. I really appreciate the level of patient care here and I look forward to my follow up visits!
I saw Dr. Oberman and despite his cold bedside manners, I thought the visit went well. A month later I received a $400 bill that my insurance didn’t cover. This was from an in office procedure I felt pressured into getting at the office that day. I was also charged for 45 minute visit, however the doctor was with me for 15 minutes at most. Please don’t let them pressure you into getting a procedure without making sure it will be covered by your insurance.
I have had nothing but good experiences with this practice. I was referred to Dr. Dolan by a provider from My Eye Doctor as she is one of the few practitioners in this area who is comfortable and skilled in dealing with keratoconus. Dr. Dolan is thorough, professional, and compassionate. As far as the administrative personnel in the office, I would like to especially acknowledge, Nicole for her exceptional service as she went above and beyond to assist me.
While my daughter’s ear tube surgery itself went smoothly, the billing experience has been a nightmare. After a consultation at NCEENT - Cary, we agreed that tubes were the best option and were referred to South Point Surgery Center. We were told to expect a co-pay of over $1,000, which we paid. However, we were then hit with five additional bills totaling more than $2,000—far beyond what was communicated. The most upsetting part? We later discovered that the referring doctor is a part owner of South Point Surgery Center, a conflict of interest that was never disclosed. We feel misled and taken advantage of. The lack of transparency here is extremely disappointing and has eroded our trust completely.
