We had a Great Experience at this hospital. My husband was there with COPD flare, for 6 days. Everyone was Great to him. The food was good and good portions. The staff is very attentive
I was on the 2 ND floor for breathing problems, they took the best care of me. The nurses were great and nurse Obi needs a raise he went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Who ever his boss is he deserves recognition. The Dr we're awesome too. Thank you guys for the care I was given. Thanks Rita Kahill room 271
I went to Baptist Hospital in Union City. I prefer this emergency room rather than the one in Dyersburg, which although closer logistically to me, literally butchered my arms and lied about their ability to effectively find a vein for an I.V. with the ultrasound machine. Because of chemotherapy I have very finicky veins and 9 different self proclaiming experienced medical techs tried, I ended up leaving without desperately needed blood transfusion ns!!! I loved the union city Baptist hospital! One try they got me my I.V. and I received my blood transfusion!!! So highly recommend the Baptist Hospital and ER in Union City, Tennessee.
If I could give this hospital 10 stars I would. The ER was fast, efficient & took the best care of my daughter who had been hit in lower neck/ upper spine at a softball tournament. They took her straight back, started assessing her immediately, got her in for scan, had the CT read -all under 2 hours. We are from Memphis and this hospital ER hands down beats Baptist East or Germantown Methodist. I would highly recommend people to go here. Being in a bigger city does not mean things are better. And their billing dept is so organized.
DISGUSTING!!! MOST DISGUSTING HOSPITAL I'VE SEEN IN MY LIFETIME. Sitting in the ER for about 3 hours now "waiting" for test results trying not to vomit because the room we are in smells like urine and extremely unsanitary. I went to use the restroom.... that was a joke. Piss on the toilet seat and dried blood all over. I cannot believe this hospital is open to public. You're at a greater risk of catching an illness or disease by being in this so called HOSPITAL. Calling the Health Department and whoever else I need to call to report this HORROR! Update- 20 mins later. I asked the staff, 4 different people if they had disinfectant spray to spray in our room, the staff could not find any. I asked if they cleaned the rooms, could not give me a straight answer. One of the nurses brought bathroom air freshener to spray in our room to help with the smell. I asked the staff to come smell our room and they all pretended to be in disbelief.
